The Best High Protein Banana Pudding

Are you looking for a delicious high protein dessert? Are you a fan of the taste and texture of banana pudding, but want to make it higher in protein and lower in calories? You are only 4 ingredients away from the best high protein banana pudding!

This high protein banana pudding highly addicting snack or dessert and the best thing is that it comes together so easily.

I wrote down the recipe for two servings, but you can totally double the recipe and make more for others.

The base is going to be your favorite bottled vanilla protein shake, the pudding thickens quicker if the protein shake is already chilled – but if you forget to pre-chill it, it’ll still work great (just might need to take longer in the fridge!)

Then to that you’re going to add the cheesecake pudding mix, I use the sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix from Jello and it works perfectly!

The trick to this banana pudding is going to be to add in air when you are mixing the protein shake with an immersion blender (I have a KitchenAid one that has last me years!) If you don’t have an immersion blender, I’d stick it in any small blender you have and blend it, and if you’ve got nothing just vigorously whisk by hand.

Finally, the last component is time! You’re going to want to leave the pudding in the fridge to cool, thicken, and soften the wafer cookies. Personally, I like to add the banana right before I’m going to eat to make sure it all stay’s fresh!

This makes two servings of banana pudding! Its perfect as a snack or sweet treat for yourself! Let me know if you try this high protein banana pudding!
